What is your warranty policy?
Our official policy is a complete, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee for all Nemosine products within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days we may, on occasion, ask that a shipping and processing fee be paid to cover basic servicing expenses. If a Nemosine product fails over time due to manufacturing defect our goal is to provide a complete solution for replacement or upgrade at either no charge, or crediting the original retail value toward a new product.
